Project Workers’ Team

  • “My aim – to support homeless people to find a decent home and to achieve their goals,” Alison Eastwood, Project Worker

  • “I aim to provide tenancy related support to those most in need,” Sara Shorten, Project Worker.
  • “To ensure that we are providing a service that focuses on those most at need within our society,” Claire Slade, Lead Project Worker.

Pre-tenancy Team

  • “My aim – to contribute fully to the raising of standards of property and management in the private sector and build even stronger relationships with partner organisations in the local authority,” Sharon Betton, Private Sector Partnership and Development Officer.
  • “To aspire to keep on providing good advice relating to the private rented sector issues, to our service users and stakeholders. To promote the good work that The Bond Board Ltd has carried out over the previous years,” Christopher Hall, Pre-Tenancy Worker.
  • “It is important that The Bond Board provides useful, accurate advice about renting in the private sector to help people into sustainable independent living. It is my aim to assist the Bond Board to deliver this objective and to support the organisation to grow and develop its services to meet the needs of Landlords and Tenants in the future,” Sarah Brennan, Project Officer.

Admin Team

  • “I think it’s important for us to continue to develop the scheme to ensure that we can keep meeting the needs of our customers and adapt so that the service continues for years to come and my aim is to look at new ways of doing this,” Ross Giles, Private Sector Housing Co-ordinator.
  • “I develop and manage new projects, and am the key Private Sector Housing / Homelessness team liaison. I currently manage the empty property team, and the mortgage rescue scheme as well as jointly managing the Authority’s Gypsy and Traveller site. I am chair of the Rochdale corporate empty property group,” Beatty Osborne, Private Sector Development Manager at Rochdale Borough Council.
