Bolton 

There is a single point of access for all who are in need. All enquiries are made by ringing a central Bolton Council telephone number: 01204 337221. Those making enquiries are asked a number of questions in order to ensure that the most appropriate help and support can be provided. Amongst other support services, this may include door step food parcel deliveries. Subject to eligibility, households may be offered help with an emergency gas and/or electricity top up (if the household has a pre-payment meter).  Food parcels are delivered daily by volunteers from the Food Hub out to all those that need them.

 9am – 5pm on 29th and 30th December

New Year’s Eve 8am-4pm  

 services reopen on the 4th January 8.30am – 5.30pm

Other services open over Christmas 

Petrus Hub Rochdale:

The Hub is closed on bank holidays Friday 25th December, Monday 28th December and Friday 1st December. Our Hub is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday for staff to provide support to service users over the phone and by appointment. 

Appointments for face-to-face support are available between 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday, but until 1pm on Wednesdays. 

Please call us on 01706 526289 to speak with a member of our team, to book an appointment for face-to-face support or to arrange using our facilities. 

If you cannot contact us by phone, you can also arrange appointments during our takeaway breakfast service at the Hub – Monday to Friday between 9am and 10am.

 An online mental wellbeing community for young people and young adults up to the age of 25. If you ever feel you don’t know who to talk to over the festive season, Kooth is open on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day with our team of counsellors available for you to talk to. Sometimes it can help just to know you’re not alone in what you’re feeling!
