Know you’re a good landlord? Now you can prove it!

The Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter

We know private landlords often get a bad press, which can feel really unfair when you’re providing a home and doing things by the book. But here’s some good news!

Landlords and Agents can now sign up to the Greater Manchester Landlord Charter, where you will be provided with training, information, guidance, networking, and events for landlords.

Being a Supporter means landlords can demonstrate legal compliance with current regulations and commit to working with the Implementation Unit to meet all of the Good Landlord Charter’s Criteria. Landlords who become Supporters will be listed on the website. 

We encourage all landlords with properties in Greater Manchester (Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, and Wigan) to become Supporters of the Charter.
