We know that the impact of Covid 19 has made it very difficult for landlords to keep up to date with housing law. For new landlords or those who don’t rent properties regularly, starting a new tenancy can be a minefield. There are a range of things to consider and all the paperwork to get in order. If the tenancy isn’t set up correctly, it can really impact on landlords, from tenant complaints to landlords not being able to regain possession of the property if you need to. For more experienced landlords and letting agents, it can be really useful to have a refresher to ensure your practices are up to date and lawful as well as to have the space to raise questions and get support.

We have put together a special webinar for landlords and letting agents to talk you through setting up a new tenancy.  There will be opportunities to get any of your questions answered as well as follow up 1-1 support and further training should you need it. We can also provide support for your tenant to try and get any tenancy problems resolved before or during the notice period.

Take back control and join us for this really useful Webinar  on  Thursday 18th May. Book your free place HERE
