Postcode Neighbourhood Trust funding award.

We are delighted to have been awarded funding from The Postcode Neighbourhood Trust, a grant giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery. We received £5,500  from the trust to provide training and support for staff and volunteers to ensure safe working practices and quality advice for homeless people.

The funding will  strengthen our resilience to respond to the new landscape by ensuring staff and volunteers have the skills and knowledge to work safely and effectively in a supportive environment, where staff and volunteer wellbeing is valued.  This will help us to attract and retain skilled staff and ensure we are equipped to deal with the new challenges we face. It will ultimately improve the quality of services we deliver for homeless and vulnerable people, many who have been adversely affected by Covid 19.
