My role allows clients to access the private rented sector by means of a Bond Guarantee. It includes liaising with both old and new landlords to find potential properties. Working as part of a team, I manage a Trainee Bond Worker in Bolton and the Rochdale Bond Worker. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a client move from homelessness into a new tenancy.
