Whether you have a few hours to spare or more, we have a variety of roles available, no experience is necessary and full training and support is provided.
We are currently looking for volunteers to support office-based staff to respond to telephone and in person queries and greet visitors. See below for more information and to apply.

- Start Date: 20th July 2026
- End Date: 20th July 2027
- Volunteer: Weekly
- Availability: Tuesday AM, Tuesday PM, Thursday AM, Thursday PM, Friday AM, Friday PM
- Tasks: Take telephone calls and direct enquiries to the correct team or take messages
Respond to door presentations and inform team members when someone arrives for an appointment
Advise on housing affordability and housing options (once trained)
Help with admin tasks if able and willing to do so (although this is not the primary purpose of the role)
- Training: Full training will be given
- Requirements: Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
- Interests: Homeless, Housing, Social Welfare
- Activities: Customer Services, Reception
- DBS Check: Yes
